Functional medicine uses optimal ranges when looking at your blood panel, so while your general practitioner may say that your numbers look fine, with this method we can catch signs of approaching disease early. This allows us to stop disease processes like blood sugar dysregulation, thyroid disease, gut dysbiosis, and many others before they have greatly damaged the tissues. This can give a much better prognosis or complete reversal if we can treat the early signs of disease.
We will meet for half an hour to look over your results together. This gives us an opportunity to look at both your Western diagnosis as well as TCM understanding of your patterns.
